Job Purpose
To lead the implementation of the marketing and communications strategy, stakeholder engagement (including alumnae relations), event management, and to ensure effective lead generation and key messaging throughout the admissions process.

Royal High Bath is a leading independent girls' day and boarding school (ages 3-18), part of the GDST network, with approximately 550 students. The school offers both day and boarding options, with facilities on two sites in Bath, and includes a Sixth Form.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote student recruitment across Nursery, Prep, Senior, and Sixth Form levels.
- Manage online and offline communication channels, including the school website and social media platforms.
- Coordinate event management for recruitment and engagement activities, including some out-of-hours events.
- Oversee content development and advertising schedules to generate leads and inquiries.
- Line manage the Marketing and Alumnae Officer and the Marketing and Events Assistant.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Communications on fundraising campaigns and outreach activities.
- Support the development of PR and reporting related to fundraising efforts.
