Responsibilities
- Lead the Art department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Teach Art to KS3–KS5 students, inspiring curiosity and independent exploration.
- Contribute to whole‑school policy making and strategic planning.
- Shape the vision and direction of Art across the school.
- Develop and expand public exhibitions, showcasing students’ work.
Qualifications
- Qualified teacher with experience across KS3 to KS5.
- Previous management role (e.g., Deputy Head of Department) essential.
- Excellent professional and subject knowledge, including contemporary art practice.
- Enthusiastic, inspiring, and able to enthuse students.
