The role
Are you a calm, reliable and punctual individual, who is capable of supporting young people during one of the most important times of their school lives? South Hampstead High School is looking for enthusiastic Examination Invigilators to help ensure that our exams run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with national standards.
You will be responsible for upholding the integrity and security of examination materials and overseeing the conduct of exams in line with the examination board and Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations. You will help prepare examination rooms, distribute papers, and provide the necessary support to ensure that every student can complete their assessments under the correct conditions.
Requirements
We are looking for well-organised individuals with excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. Clear spoken English, along with strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential, as you will be required to communicate instructions clearly and write accurate messages for students on display boards. While previous experience in a similar role is desirable, it is not essential.
