As Lead School Nurse you will be responsible for the health and wellbeing of over 900 students across the Junior and Senior schools. Your work will involve responding calmly in critical moments, building trust with students over time, delivering first aid, managing care plans for students with ongoing conditions, training staff, contributing to health policy and overseeing programmes such as immunisations. Working closely with the Deputy Head Pastoral and the wider leadership team, you will play an integral role in shaping a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive.

You will bring strong clinical judgement, calmness under pressure and confidence working with young people. Experience may come from a range of backgrounds, but you must have a commitment to care, communication and professionalism. You will be perceptive, organised and approachable, able to balance clinical responsibility with empathy and discretion, and you will have a genuine interest in supporting young people and contributing to a community where wellbeing is taken seriously.
