Responsibilities
- The Cover Supervisor delivers effective, high‑quality supervision of pupil lessons during teacher absences, ensuring a productive learning environment.
- Responsibilities include managing class registrations, distributing set work, maintaining classroom authority, and supporting the wider timetabling and administrative teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Suitable for ECT (NQT) graduates; other graduates welcomed.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Proactive, can‑do approach and enjoyment of working with children.
- Eligible to work in the UK and willingness to undergo child protection screening, including DBS checks and past‑employer references.
