Working alongside the SENCO and other key school staff, you will promote the maintenance of a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment. You will provide communication support throughout the school day to enable full access to the curriculum and extracurricular activities for the student with hearing impairment. The team members you will be joining are dedicated and strive for excellence for all students at Redmaids’ High. We have a highly inclusive culture, and it is important that any applicant shares our vision that all students can be successful regardless of background or need. You will be supported by an experienced SENCO who has worked across the state and independent sectors in both Junior and Senior school settings.
