We are seeking an experienced teacher of students with SEND or a professional in inclusion to lead strategic development of SEND policy and provision. The role will develop and implement effective strategies to bridge learning barriers, provide support to pupils and families, oversee screening and assessment processes, monitor progression, and deliver teaching support for SEND and EAL students. In addition, staff training on recognising and catering for SEND provision will be provided.

To be considered, applicants should have or be willing to develop comprehensive knowledge of SEND needs.
