Salary: Grade 4 from £31,647, pro rata to £25,802 depending on experience
Brighton Girls has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Business Support Manager (or with other relevant experience) to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Headteacher and wider Senior Leadership team, enabling them to undertake their roles with maximum effectiveness. The Business Support Manager plays a lead role in supporting the smooth and effective day-to-day running of the school through the oversight of high-quality administrative, organisational and front-of-house support services.
Leading the Business Support function, the postholder will ensure that school administrative processes are well coordinated, efficient and professionally managed, while maintaining confidentiality and providing a responsive and welcoming service to pupils, parents, staff and visitors. The successful candidate should have substantial administrative experience and be proactive in their approach to their work.
