The role

This role provides high‑quality administrative support across the school, acting as a trusted point of contact for students, parents, staff, prospective families and visitors.
Responsibilities include
- Responding to enquiries, coordinating activities and supporting school events.
- Managing information and facilitating communication within the school community.
- Assisting with administrative processes and ensuring effective communication.
About You
You will bring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and be able to manage a busy and varied workload. Desired qualifications and qualities are:
- Professional and approachable, with strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Experience providing administrative support and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience within an education setting is advantageous.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
