Salary: £19,482 – £21,224 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part‑time, 28 hours per week over 4 or 5 days (term‑time only) plus 8 non‑term days

Start date: 5 January 2026

Closing date: 1 December 2025 at 9 AM

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for all school events, productions and activities, ensuring AV, lighting, sound and power requirements are met.
  • Set up and operate equipment for theatres, drama studio and multi‑use spaces.
  • Work closely with the AV & Production Manager to plan and execute productions.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot all technical equipment during term‑time and non‑term days.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of lighting and sound control in a theatre setting.
  • Experience with video and sound editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Logic Pro).
  • Confidence in manual handling, heavy lifting of theatre equipment and climbing ladders.
