Attendance Administrator Part‑time (30 hours per week) within a permanent role, with the main responsibilities surrounding school attendance monitoring, data entry, and liaising with pupils, parents, and staff to improve attendance rates.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor whole‑school attendance and punctuality data.
- Input attendance data in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work closely with the Attendance Team, colleagues, pupils, and parents/carers to reduce levels of absence.
- Act appropriately when persistent absence becomes a safeguarding issue.
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required.
