About the Role
The Administration, Lettings and Marketing Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the smooth and professional operation of school lettings, theatre bookings and school events.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage school lettings and theatre bookings.
- Assist in planning and executing school events, ensuring high quality communication and accurate record‑keeping.
- Collaborate with the Business Enterprise Manager, Deputy Manager Squire PAC, Theatre Technical Team, Business Support team, Facilities team and school marketing team.
- Provide marketing support, promoting theatre activities through digital platforms, social media and venue‑based materials.
- Maintain event schedules, staffing allocations and venue requirements.
- Handle inquiries from customers and contractors with professionalism and calmness under pressure.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative experience and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work collaboratively in a friendly, forward‑thinking team.
- Experience in event coordination or facility management is desirable.
