Multi–site role covering projects across Greater London. Join a growing and well–respected specialist contractor.
Salary of up to GBP65,000 + package.

Main duties
- Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across multiple projects.
- Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
- Review and monitor RAMS, permits to work, and other Health & Safety documentation.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks.
- Provide practical Health & Safety advice and support to site management and operational teams.
- Monitor Health & Safety performance and prepare reports where required.
- Liaise with clients, principal contractors, and subcontractors on all Health & Safety matters.
- Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across all projects.
Requirements
- A relevant Health & Safety qualification, e. g.,
NEBOSH .
2+ years' experience within Health & Safety in the construction industry.
- Previous experience within roofing, cladding, façade, waterproofing, or specialist contracting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and industry best practice.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- A proactive approach with the ability to build strong working relationships across multiple site teams.
