As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by engaging with potential enterprise level partners, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets. This is a full cycle sales role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn and networking.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services and industry trends to provide accurate information and valuable insights to customers.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing, including preparing proposals and negotiating terms.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, including performance, leads, and conversion rates, and use data to drive improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in enterprise or mid-market sales or a similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Highly refined and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to understand and meet customer needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite; experience with sales automation tools such as Cognism and Zoominfo is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Other Skills: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
