Our production team owns the research, agenda-building, strategic direction, planning and execution behind every event, and the Summit Producer sits at the heart of it.
You’ll create and deliver a portfolio of Summit Programmes across Marketing (CMO), Customer Experience (CCXO) and Advanced Data & Analytics (CDTO). Day to day, that means:
- Researching directly with industry leaders, building best-in-class agendas that reflect the sector’s real priorities, and identifying and booking the senior executives who bring those agendas to life on stage.
- Running desk and phone research with senior industry leaders to shape best-in-class summit programmes.
- Building and delivering clear briefs that set sales and marketing up to win.
- Supporting the live delivery of your summits, from final agenda to on-site execution (both US-based in-person events and through our industry-leading virtual environment).
Requirements:
- At least two years delivering B2B events, with hands-on experience of speaker research, acquisition and management.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience working with event sponsors and partners.
- Excellent organisational and project-management skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines without dropping standards or detail.
- Confident professional and/or technical writing experience is a must.
- Comfortable with CRM and collaboration tools (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Monday).
