Workinghours:Fulltime,40hrs/week
Responsibilities:
- Travelbetweensitestodeliverdailycleans,periodictasksandone-offdeepcleans.
- Turnaroundandbuildercleansforrefurbishments.
- Infectioncontrolcleaning,touch-pointdisinfectionandsafeproductuseunderCOSHH.
- Kitchenandwashroomhygiene,includingdescaling,sanitisingandrestocking.
- Wastehandlingandbasicexternaltidinesse.g.litterpick
- Stockcontrolofcleaningmaterials,consumablesandPPE,withtimelyreordering.
- Accuratesignin/out,jobupdates,photosandtimesheetsviasmartphoneapps.
- Keyholding,alarmsettingandloneworkinginlinewithGDMAprocedures.
- Positiveliaisonwithsitemanagersandserviceteams,representingGDMAstandards.
Requirements:
- Commercialcleaningexperienceinmulti-siteormobileroles.
- FullUKdrivinglicenceandconfidencedrivingbetweenregions.
- Knowledgeofcolourcoding,infectioncontrolandCOSHHbasics.
- Abletouse,cleanandstorecleaningequipmentsafely.
- Physicallyfitformanualtasks,liftingandperiodsonyourfeet.
- Strongtimemanagement,reliable,canself-organiseroutesandpriorities.
- Comfortableusingasmartphoneforjobs,photosandtimesheets.
