gdm architects are a RIBA Chartered Practice working across residential, healthcare, commercial and community projects, with expertise spanning masterplanning, planning and technical delivery.
Due to our continued workload of exciting projects, we are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join our technical team.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys resolving construction details, takes pride in their work and wants to progress within an established architectural practice.
Applicants must be based within easy commuting distance of our Maidstone office.
The role
- Manage construction drawing programmes, coordinating information to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, construction details and supporting information.
- Run projects with a responsible and organised approach.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and the wider technical team to deliver coordinated project information.

Technical skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- A sound understanding of building construction and technical detailing.
