GDi are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Lead Structural Designer to join our team.

Key Activities and Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage structural design projects, ensuring compliance with industry codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
  • Develop and review detailed structural drawings and 3D models.
  • Coordinate design activities with internal engineering teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Liaise with clients, attend design reviews, and resolve technical issues promptly.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of structural design experience, preferably in offshore oil & gas sectors.
  • Proficient in structural design software and CAD tools (AutoCAD).
  • Strong knowledge of offshore structural codes.
  • Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
