GDi are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Lead Structural Designer to join our team.
Key Activities and Accountabilities:- Lead and manage structural design projects, ensuring compliance with industry codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
- Develop and review detailed structural drawings and 3D models.
- Coordinate design activities with internal engineering teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting in collaboration with the project manager.
- Liaise with clients, attend design reviews, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Minimum 8 years of structural design experience, preferably in offshore oil & gas sectors.
- Proficient in structural design software and CAD tools (AutoCAD).
