Our client is a highly accomplished professional working at the heart of the arts world. With a busy international profile and a full family life, her time is scarce. She is looking for a trusted, proactive PA, preferably French and English speaking, to take full ownership of her personal and professional administration β€” ensuring everything runs smoothly with minimum input required from her.

This is a wide-ranging, hands-on PA role covering both professional and personal life. The successful candidate will manage correspondence, logistics and family coordination, acting as a reliable right hand across all areas. The role is primarily remote, though the PA must be available during agreed core hours and prepared to travel when required. Whilst this is not a 24/7 role, the PA will be expected to remain contactable outside standard hours and to exercise flexibility when the demands of the Principal's schedule require it. A calm, discreet and solutions-focused approach is essential at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communications & Correspondence
    • Managing a high volume of emails β€” drafting, responding with sound judgement
    • Serving as first point of contact by phone and email; liaising confidently with a wide range of individuals and organisations
    • Chasing outstanding responses and following up proactively on time-sensitive matters
  • Diary & Administration
    • Owning the Principal's diary end-to-end, managing scheduling across multiple time zones
    • Completing applications, forms and submissions on the Principal's behalf
    • Maintaining organised digital files, records and ongoing administrative obligations
  • Travel
    • Researching and booking all travel, hotels, transfers and visas
    • Building detailed itineraries and travel packs for each trip
    • Accompanying the Principal on select trips when required
  • Family & Personal Life
    • Supporting family logistics including school matters, childcare coordination and personal appointments
    • Liaising with domestic staff, tradespeople and service providers
    • Assisting with personal shopping, gift sourcing and ad hoc errands
The Ideal Candidate
  • Essential
    • Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant at a senior or principal level
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€” polished, articulate and confident on the phone
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
    • Absolute discretion when handling sensitive personal information
    • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative without close supervision
    • Flexible and responsive β€” available outside standard hours when circumstances require
  • Desirable
    • Bilingual French and English language skills would be advantageous
    • Familiarity with international travel logistics
    • Experience supporting family life alongside professional commitments

Salary to be discussed and agreed according to experience and agreed scope of hours.
