Germaine de Capuccini is loved in over 85 countries for its luxurious treatment journeys and powerful products. We are experts in combining cutting-edge skincare with luxury rituals. We are looking for a Skin Care Ambassador ideally situated in the Berkshire region. You must be able to commute to Wokingham. This role is part-time with mixed shifts between 9am and 8pm, including 2 weekends in every 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a thorough understanding of the Germaine de Capuccini brand and its rituals.
- Delivery of daily skincare workshops and treatments, with a high-quality service and product knowledge.
- Build relationships with customers and team members.
- Achieve monthly retail targets, lead by example, and regularly run incentives.
- Promote a culture of high standards of cleanliness within the department.
- Ensure stock and brand visual merchandise are well presented at all times.
- Stock monitoring, rotation and ordering to achieve sell-out and targets.
- Commit to ensuring treatments are delivered to the highest possible standards.
- Act as an ambassador of a global brand.
- Administrative duties will include maintaining a daily calendar, and monitoring and reporting.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
- Assist with customer transactions.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene within the treatment environment.
- Be flexible and prepared to support business needs when required.
- Support at customer and industry events when applicable.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience within the Beauty/Spa/Retail industry as a therapist.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service and skincare knowledge.
- Trained face and body therapist up to NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent.
- Advanced electrical treatment training is preferred but not essential.
- NVQ / City and Guilds Level 2 with 2 years of experience will also be considered.
- Strong retail experience.
- Confident with IT, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with the end consumer.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while enjoying being part of a team.
