GDC Beauty Group UK is seeking a dynamic Full-Time Business Development Manager to support our growing presence in the central UK region. This role involves nurturing existing client partnerships and driving new business opportunities within the professional beauty industry dealing with luxury Spas, Hotels, Salons, Clinics.

Qualifications

  • B2B experience in the professional beauty sector is highly advantageous.
  • Beauty Therapist qualifications are a plus.
  • Must have a UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Client Account Development: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by introducing new products, organizing training/events, sharing promotions, and managing orders.
  • New Business Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
  • Sales and Proposals: Understand client needs, create tailored proposals, and pitch products effectively to both new and existing clients.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend conferences and events to network with industry partners and stay informed on emerging trends.
