Germaine De Capuccini are expanding our UK training team. As a world-leading skincare specialist, Germaine de Capuccini is loved in over 85 countries for its luxurious treatment journeys and powerful products. We are experts in combining cutting-edge skincare with professional rituals.
We are looking for a Beauty Trainer to be based in our London Bridge Training facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a thorough understanding of the Germaine de Capuccini brand and its rituals.
- Deliver high quality training across London and other regions to our partners & staff.
- Actively promote sales techniques on all training courses.
- Communicate at all business levels and be able to adopt varied teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles and cultural nuances.
- Deliver online learning / virtual training, social media content where necessary.
- Maintain communication with head trainer in brand head office to employ best practices.
- Work closely with the sales team performing luxury treatment experiences to prospective accounts.
- Act as an ambassador of a global brand, delivering treatments to influencers and VIPs.
- Administrative duties will include maintaining a daily calendar, expense reports, training reports at the end of each course, and any other administrative requirements key to the role.
- Responsible for maintaining a high standard of treatment hygiene within the training environment.
- Be flexible and always prepared to support the business needs when required.
- Support at customer and industry events.
- A minimum of 1 year experience within the Beauty/Spa industry as a therapist/trainer.
- Trained face and body therapist up to NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent.
- Advanced electrical beauty treatment training.
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Education and Training Certificate preferred.
- NVQ / City and Guild Level 2 with 2 years experience also considered.
- Strong retail experience.
- Sound knowledge of holistic therapies, including hot stones and chakra work.
- Must hold a clean UK driving licence and be able to travel with regular overnight stays.
- Confident with IT including PowerPoint/Outlook/Excel.

- They will have exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- An ability to engage and persuade the trade customer and end consumer.
- Self-motivated to work independently and enjoy coming together as part of a team.
