About the role
The position is within the ‘Lease Advisor Team’ where we advise both owners and occupiers on rent reviews, lease renewals and regears adding value for our clients. This could involve assisting owners of a shopping centre to maintain and improve rental levels or strategic planning, to working with a national occupier to achieve the best terms.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a dynamic lease advisory surveyor from recently qualified (2 year experience) to senior levels, to help us deliver our ambitious growth plans.
Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience in lease advisory, retail involvement desirable
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and not afraid to challenge norms
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Good computer literacy, including strong proficiency of all Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to write good, clear, grammatically correct English
