As a Civils Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required standards. A strong focus on health and safety will be essential, alongside maintaining quality control and ensuring adherence to programme timelines.

What We Expect of You:

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment at all times.

  • Be flexible, as the role will involve working across multiple sites and adapting to the needs of the project.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in a civils or utilities supervisory role, with a strong understanding of construction processes, particularly within fibre or telecoms infrastructure works.
