GCU is a provider of infrastructure services, delivering expert solutions across telecoms, utilities and civil engineering. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join our team at our Bellshill office. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm, offering the opportunity to play a key role in supporting operational delivery across a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The Role
As an Administrator within GCU, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and tracking of works across our operational systems. You will issue job packs to field teams, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete. You will regularly update internal systems with the progress of works, ensuring real-time data is maintained. A core part of the role will involve uploading and attaching relevant documents and photographic evidence to the AFS system in line with company and client requirements. You will track the completion of works, ensuring all stages are recorded correctly, and support the close-out process of notices and jobs to ensure compliance and accuracy. The role requires close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within strict deadlines.

- Experience of working with systems such as AFS, Noticing or similar platforms would be advantageous.
