With the Full Fibre Network Build sector booming, GCU UK Ltd is excited to welcome an Assistant/Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Forfar. What We Expect of You:

  • Under the guidance of the Commercial and Surveying Team, you will be trained to excel in areas such as estimating, cost planning, contract administration, and on-site measurement.
  • You'll handle cost reporting, final account preparation, and dispute resolution, while engaging with clients and site teams.
  • Your responsibilities will also include managing monthly valuations, commercial reporting, variations, and subcontractor payments, with a strong focus on health, safety, risk management, and margin control.
  • You will hold or are graduating with a HND or above in Quantity Surveying along with a valid driving licence for driving in the UK.
  • We will also consider those in a Commercial Assistant/Administrator role, who are looking for the next step in their career.
  • Business travel across GCU UK Ltd locations is expected.
