Due to the growing portfolio of work in Devon, we are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our team.
What We expect of you
You will be responsible for delivering engaging safety workshops and training sessions, using multimedia resources and interactive activities to create impactful learning experiences.
You'll address workforce safety concerns with practical, actionable solutions and stay up-to-date with the latest safety trends and best practices.
This role will require regional travel to deliver workshops and outreach efforts, maintaining accurate records for reporting and assessment.
Additionally, you will conduct day-to-day HSEQ activities, including inspections, audits, and investigations.
You should have the ability to evaluate and continuously improve safety programs, as well as intervene and guide on safety behaviours and conditions when needed.
You should hold a NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (or higher) and have proven experience in safety coaching or education.
A strong understanding of safety protocols, risk assessment, and regulations is essential, along with excellent presentation and communication skills.
You should be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proficient in using multimedia tools for delivering engaging presentations.
A valid driver's license for the UK is required for this role.
