We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of power and utilities contracts valued up to £10 million. You will take full ownership of contract performance, supervising Supervisors and operational delivery teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially, and in line with client expectations.

What We Expect Of You

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple power contracts, providing clear leadership to Supervisors and site teams to drive operational performance. You will maintain strong commercial and contractual control, manage risk and variations, ensure compliance with NEC/JCT contracts and HSEQ standards, and act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful, consistent project delivery.

What You Will Bring To The Role

You will have 5-10+ years' experience of the civil engineering element in the power or utilities sector, with a proven track record managing high-value contracts up to £10m. You'll bring strong leadership capability, experience overseeing site-based delivery teams, and a solid understanding of contract administration. Commercially astute and delivery-focused, you'll communicate confidently at all levels and take a proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving.
