We’re looking for a Multiskilled Fibre Network Engineer to join our team covering the East of Scotland and Central Belt regions. This role plays a key part in our business install projects, helping to build the fibre network both underground and overhead. If you have hands‑on experience in fibre builds and want to be part of a growing network, we’d love to hear from you.
What We Expect Of You
- You’ll need to hold current S001, S002, S007, and S008 certifications, along with NRSWA SLG, and ideally have valid MEWP tickets.
- You should be skilled in splicing and OTDR testing across both underground and overhead networks.
- We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of fibre builds and a proven ability to identify and fix faults in live networks.
- You’ll support the supervisor to complete end‑to‑end installs, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
- The role suits someone who’s comfortable working alone, can think on their feet, and ideally has previous experience with installs.
- A driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.
