Senior AI Researcher (Biotech and GenAI)

Qualifications:
- PhD + 4-6 years equivalent experience in Physics, AI, ML, Computational Biology, or related field.
- Track record of impactful research with publications in top journals/conferences.
- Experience leading research projects or mentoring junior scientists.
- Background in generative models (e.g., diffusion, Bayesian Flow Networks) or multimodal ML
Responsibilities:
- Drive cutting-edge research in multimodal generative models for biological applications.
- Collaborate with internal researchers and strategic partners to advance research goals.
- Present and publish findings in top-tier conferences, journals, and industry events.
- Contribute to building a collaborative, innovative, and knowledge-sharing research culture.
- Engage in cross-functional projects with external collaborators such as NVIDIA/ leading AI labs at Oxford/ Cambridge/ MIT/ DeepMind.
