What You\’ll Be Doing

As an Account Manager, you\’ll play a key role in driving business growth by:

• Building and managing relationships with existing clients on volume accounts – understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Working closely with our sourcing and delivery consultants to ensure we are identifying the best candidates for each position and offering a great candidate experience
• Managing the full recruitment process – from job briefing to offer negotiation and aftercare.
• Delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates.

Who We\’re Looking For

We\’re looking for someone who is:

• Driven and ambitious – thrives in a fast-paced environment, predominantly freelance market with experience of external hiring and familiar with the Detachering model.
• A strong communicator – confident in engaging with clients and candidates and building lasting relationships.
• Organised and proactive – able to manage multiple accounts and recruitment processes effectively.
• A team player – works collaboratively to achieve the best results.
• Passionate about technology – with experience of IT recruitment.
• Dutch fluency – native / business fluent Dutch language proficiency.
