We are seeking a Senior AI SME to support the design and rollout of an enterprise-scale Generative AI platform within a large, complex organisation. This role will focus on enabling LLM-based solutions, agent-driven workflows, and production AI use cases across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver components of an enterprise GenAI platform
  • Enable LLM hosting, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven workflows
  • Support development of agent-based automation solutions
  • Ensure production readiness of AI use cases (scalability, monitoring, reliability)
  • Build reusable frameworks and patterns for model deployment and onboarding
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to define use cases and recommend appropriate models
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external vendors

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Hands-on exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Experience with AI agents / workflow orchestration (desirable)
  • Strong cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Experience delivering AI solutions into production environments
  • Background in architecture, platform engineering, or AI engineering
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Desirable

  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments
  • Exposure to AI governance, security, or compliance
  • Experience building or contributing to AI platforms at scale
