We are seeking three Junior Data Analysts / Data Collectors to support the IFS Cloud Data Migration workstream. These roles will focus on working closely with operational teams and business stakeholders to collect, validate, and accurately record data using predefined migration templates. This is a hands-on, entry-level data role suited for individuals who are detail-oriented and comfortable working directly with business users in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders across two source businesses to gather required data for migration
- Collect and input data into defined migration templates accurately and consistently
- Work closely with operational teams, including being embedded within business units where required
- Ensure all data collected meets quality and completeness standards
- Identify and flag data inconsistencies, gaps, or issues to the Senior Analyst
- Maintain detailed records of collected data and progress against migration tasks
- Support data cleansing and validation activities ahead of system migration
- Adhere to governance, data standards, and processes defined by the Data Migration workstream
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to follow structured templates and processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with operational teams
- Comfortable working on-site and collaborating closely with stakeholders
- Basic understanding of data handling or administrative processes (desirable)
