Rate: £400 - £500 per day inside IR35

The Role:
IT Project Manager to join a leading biotech organisation delivering critical technology programmes within a GxP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of IT programmes and projects within GxP-regulated environments
- Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, governance, and delivery
- Drive stakeholder engagement across technical, scientific, and business teams
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities
- Provide clear and consistent project reporting, including risks, milestones, and financials
- Oversee technical delivery teams, including internal resources and third-party vendors
- Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements, including validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial controls throughout project delivery
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused communication
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering IT programmes/projects within GxP environments (biotech, pharma, or life sciences)
- Some knowledge of GxP validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Extensive stakeholder management experience, including senior-level engagement
- Experience managing technical delivery teams and driving high performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical detail to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)
- Proven ability to align stakeholders and drive consensus in complex environments
Desirable Experience:
- Background in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries
- Experience with laboratory, clinical, or manufacturing systems
