This is a strategic, insight‑driven role partnering across three major engineering businesses - Civil, Defence, and Power Systems - to elevate workforce planning, strengthen talent acquisition performance, and drive data‑led decision‑making across a complex global matrix. You will work hand‑in‑hand with four regional TA Business Partners (US, Germany, EPAC, UK) and integrate into the People Services team to shape how engineering talent is planned, forecasted, and delivered globally. This is not an operational recruiter role. It is a strategic talent partner role focused on workforce planning, stakeholder influence, and organisational readiness.
What You'll Lead
- Workforce Planning - Build and mature long‑term workforce planning capability across engineering functions.
- Talent Acquisition Performance - Improve TA effectiveness through better forecasting, demand planning, and resource alignment.
- Data Insights - Interpret talent, hiring, and market data to influence leadership decisions.
- Stakeholder Partnering - Partner with People Partners, engineering leaders, and the RPO to shape talent solutions.
- Global Collaboration - Work closely with regional TA BPs to ensure consistent, scalable delivery across markets.
