Atlassian Technical Consultant
12-Month Contract | UK Remote | Occasional Travel
We are supporting a leading global Atlassian consulting organisation in the search for an experienced Atlassian Technical Consultant to join a major enterprise transformation programme.
This role will focus on the delivery of large-scale Jira and Confluence migrations within a highly regulated environment. Working alongside client stakeholders and delivery teams, you will help plan, execute and support migration activities whilst ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-term programme for a recognised Atlassian specialist working on complex enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Jira migration projects
- Lead and assist with Confluence migration activities
- Assess existing Atlassian environments and identify migration requirements
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements
- Support migration planning, testing and validation activities
- Document migration approaches, risks and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to governance and compliance requirements
- Provide best-practice guidance across Jira and Confluence platforms
- Support post-migration optimisation and user adoption activities
Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering Jira migration projects
- Strong Confluence migration experience
- Knowledge of Atlassian Cloud and/or Data Centre environments
- Experience working within enterprise-scale organisations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience operating within regulated environments
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
Desirable - but not needed
- Atlassian certifications
- Experience working for an Atlassian Partner
- Experience supporting financial services, public sector, utilities or other regulated organisations
