- We're looking for an experienced
Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading global consumer brand, supporting markets across North Europe.
This is a varied role combining strategic digital consultancy with hands‑on delivery across web, CRM, email marketing, analytics, and direct‑to‑consumer initiatives.
Working closely with brand, commercial, IT, and agency partners, you'll drive digital excellence through the delivery of impactful campaigns, optimisation of customer journeys, website performance improvements, and data‑led decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with brand teams to plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns across web, CRM, email, and digital channels.
- Manage and optimise digital platforms including
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related commerce technologies.
- Support CRM strategy, audience segmentation, customer journeys, and email marketing execution through
Salesforce Marketing Cloud .
- Analyse campaign and website performance using
Google Analytics , providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support direct-to-consumer and digital commerce initiatives focused on acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer experience.
- Manage agency relationships, campaign delivery, budgets, and project timelines.
- Drive digital best practice adoption and capability building across regional teams.
About You
- Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM, digital experience, or e Commerce environments.
- Strong knowledge of
AEM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics , and website marketing platforms.
- Experience delivering customer journey, personalisation, and digital campaign initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple teams and markets.
- Commercially minded, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or other large matrix organisations is advantageous.
