The Role: As the Regional Sales Director , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company\’s success across your designated region. Reporting to the Sales and Commercial Director, you will be responsible for: Developing and executing a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team of sales managers and representatives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders within the insulation and drylining sector. Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs. Collaborating with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market competitiveness. Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics, providing detailed reporting, and adjusting strategies as needed. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Set clear goals and priorities for your team to align with the company\’s growth objectives.
