We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Plumbing and Heating Manager to join a great company that is expanding its plumbing, heating and bathroom side of the business. The successful candidate will help grow this vital income stream as the company has successfully done in many other locations.

Responsibilities- Oversee the plumbing and heating trade counter, requiring supervisory experience.
- Drive sales and engage customers face‐to‐face, over the phone and by email, asking questions, taking quotation enquiries and upselling where possible.
- Run a department that assists the trade and serves retail customers, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a methodical approach to customer service.
- Take ownership of the department and exercise good judgement and initiative, actively seeking work and speaking to clients to secure business.
- Collaborate with the business on a creative basis to grow the department and achieve bonus targets.
- Experience in plumbing and heating, with supervisory duties.
- Sales experience is a must‐have.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work with people from all walks of life.
- Autonomy in running the department and a professional attitude.
