Job Title: Kitchen Design Consultant Location: Greenwich, Central London Sector: kitchen and Bathroom design sector (Construction or Builders Merchant advantageous, but non-essential) Salary: Up to £35,000 basic plus commission superb structure (monthly – department performance based) and benefits. Day to day duties to include as a Kitchen Design Consultant would include but are not limited to: Dealing with customers for initial contact to end of sale Dealing with lots of suppliers and arrange deliveries Building a client base for repeat customers and through retail Putting together designs A critical aspect of the role as a Kitchen Design Consultant is the timeline of events and understanding the process which would include: Plan comes in from customer Architectural or we go and measure up to customer specs Design the kitchen and quote Pass to customer to check over Schedule delivery Essential skills and experience a candidate would need to be successful as a Kitchen Design Consultant would include: Experience of internal sales experience and customer service Kitchen/bathroom Design experience required (software knowledge open) Target experience Product and materials knowledge (kitchen and bathroom) Attention to detail Organisation skills and able to meet client expectation.
