Working in our client’s busy sales office, the Internal Sales Executive engages with customers across phone, email, and face‑to‑face, gathering information on client projects, providing quotations, building rapport, and upselling products. The role demands proactive, results‑driven professionals who thrive on interaction and are eager to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers over the phone, email and in person.
• Ask questions to uncover customers’ project needs.
• Take quotation enquiries and develop accurate price proposals.
• Build and maintain rapport with existing and prospective accounts.
• Identify upselling opportunities and promote relevant products.
• Think quickly and display sound product knowledge when required.
• Contribute to the team’s success by driving sales performance.

• Experience within builders merchants or construction supplies industry.
