Date: ASAP Pure Staff are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver to work with one of our valued clients based in Rugby.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for consistent day shifts, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment.

The Role As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for completing 5-8 deliveries per day to customers across your designated route.

The role involves delivering stacks of potatoes , so you must be comfortable with heavy handball .

You'll also be supported by a Driver's Mate , who will assist with deliveries throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities Complete 5-8 deliveries per day within your assigned area.

Deliver stacks of potatoes safely and efficiently.

Carry out heavy handball as part of the delivery process.

Work closely with your Driver's Mate to complete deliveries.

Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.

Provide excellent customer service while representing Pure Staff and our client professionally.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.

Newly qualified Class 2 drivers will be considered, provided they have some driving experience.

A valid Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.

No more than 5 penalty points (no DR, IN or TT endorsements).

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safe driving.

Pay Rates £18.00 per hour plus £2.17 per hour accrued holiday pay (equivalent to £20.17 per hour including holiday pay ). xdjnayx Holiday Pay We believe professional HGV Drivers deserve proper paid annual leave.

Rather than rolling your holiday pay into every hourly rate, your holiday entitlement builds up as you work and is ready to be paid when you book time off.
