We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to join a leading Bathrooms, Plumbing & Heating Supplier. This role is with the bathroom side of the business and is based within their showroom itself. To avoid disappointment, you must have showroom experience; however, this doesn’t necessarily have to be from the world of Bathrooms and could relate to kitchens or similar.
The right candidate will be well versed in dealing with both tradespeople and retail customers and should be comfortable interacting with a wide range of people in a showroom environment. You should ideally be comfortable using CAD software, although specific package training will be provided. There will be a good degree of autonomy in the way the showroom operates, allowing you to maximise its future potential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to make the role their own and lead from the front. The showroom features a fantastic range of displays. This is a great opportunity for the right showroom manager / bathroom designer / bathroom salesperson to come in and drive sales. A proactive approach to sales and business development is critical. We need someone who isn’t going to just sit and wait for the business to walk in. We need someone who wants to grab the work and speak to people.
You will also be rewarded by a bonus scheme which is uncapped. We need to find someone who will take ownership of the Bathroom Showroom and come into the role with the right professionalism and enthusiasm to make the role successful. As stated, the client will consider showroom designers from other disciplines with no bathroom experience.
