An experienced Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in telesales is needed to join our team at GCP Facilities, a leading company operating within the Facilities Management industry based in Kent on a full-time basis. GCP Facilities Ltd is a Support Services Provider in Facilities Management, Hard and Soft FM solutions. We develop and maintain strong relationships with customers whilst applying rigorous attention to detail and excellent quality assurance. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career with a well-established company. About the Role We use Hubspot and experience with this CRM is preferred. The selected candidate will report directly to the Business Development Manager. All candidates will need to be able to commute to Orpington. Key Responsibilities: To provide qualified leads to the sales and operations team to ensure that the company can meet growth targets Actively manage the company pipeline (Hubspot) to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for all sales activities Use data from the sales pipeline (Hubspot) to contact businesses by telephone and or email and promote the company’s services Qualify leads and arrange suitable appointments for the sales and operations team Even where an appointment is not made, you should try to collate as much information as possible on prospective clients For new data entries, research prospective clients prior to making contact, use the internet to verify that the details provided are correct and use available tools such as LinkedIn to establish the best contact, names, and positions Adjust sales script to better target the needs and interests of prospective clients during the call, explain services and answer any questions to try and influence customers to make an appointment with the Sales and Operations team Record customer interaction and reaction on the sales pipeline (Hunspot); this can be done via Notes or Chatter functions within the system Book more than 20 qualified sales appointments per month; this is for a five-day working week with a target prorated if working fewer days To assist with monthly reports, all sales activity must be recorded in the sales pipeline (Hubspot) To acknowledge our customers in a polite and professional manner and recognise regular customers by name To ensure that you are aware of and meet the legal and Company requirements for fire, safety, health, and hygiene Required Experience: Minimum two years of telesales experience Knowledge or experience of hard services (FM) is desirable but not essential Sense of accountability in terms of services provided, quality and standards Worked in a small office with a broad remit of responsibilities Required Skills: An ability to work as part of a collaborative team The capability of showing and demonstrating care towards your colleagues and clients Always demonstrate respect and integrity in your work and work relationships Good communication skills Excellent time-keeping skills Flexible in approach to work and have the ability to carry out, where necessary, other tasks essential to the smooth running of the office Should be strongly customer-focused and have a strong awareness of client needs Sounds interesting?
