GCP FM is looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical and public‑health systems within a commercial property portfolio. This is a hands‑on technical services role for someone who can bridge building performance, maintenance strategy, contractor control, lifecycle planning, BMS‑led optimisation and compliance support.

You will review asset condition, diagnose recurring issues, scope remedial and minor‑project works, challenge technical.
