GCP FM is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer in London to provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical and public-health systems within a commercial property portfolio. This hands-on role bridges building performance, maintenance strategy, contractor control and lifecycle planning to support compliance and reliability.

You will review asset condition, diagnose recurring issues, scope remedial works and challenge technical submissions, delivering clear engineering advice to clients.
