We are looking for an Audit Senior for a short-term academy audit assignment starting in September 2026 for an initial three-month contract. This role is suited to someone who can step in quickly, work confidently in a UK audit environment, and bring hands-on exposure to academy audits.
You will be supporting delivery on UK audit engagements and will need to be comfortable working at pace, communicating clearly, and maintaining high standards of quality.
What you'll be doing
- Support the delivery of UK external audit work during a peak-period assignment
- Work on academy audit engagements within a UK audit framework
- Take ownership of assigned sections of audit work from planning through completion support
- Prepare clear, accurate audit documentation and working papers
- Liaise effectively with client teams and managers in a remote working environment
- Contribute to a reliable, high-quality delivery rhythm across the engagement
What we're looking for
