At GCO, we connect strong talent with ambitious businesses. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to support one of our UK partners, a growing group of companies operating across multiple entities and accounting platforms.
Youll play a key role in preparing accurate management accounts and maintaining high-quality bookkeeping across both Xero and QuickBooks systems. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in delivering financial clarity and consistency.
What Youll Do
Prepare accounts from source records using Xero and QuickBooks
Manage bookkeeping across multiple entities within the same group
Prepare and submit VAT returns
Produce monthly management accounts for review
Maintain well-organised working papers and reconciliations
Support team collaboration and communicate clearly with UK counterparts
What Were Looking For
Strong working knowledge of both Xero and QuickBooks
Solid experience preparing management accounts and VAT returns
Comfortable managing multiple company records within a group structure
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
