We are hiring a Bookkeeper/ Accountant to support one of our UK partners, a growing group of companies operating across multiple entities and accounting platforms. You’ll play a key role in preparing accurate management accounts and maintaining high-quality bookkeeping across both Xero and QuickBooks systems. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands‑on experience, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in delivering financial clarity and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare accounts from source records using Xero and QuickBooks
- Manage bookkeeping across multiple entities within the same group
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Produce monthly management accounts for review
- Maintain well‑organised working papers and reconciliations
- Support team collaboration and communicate clearly with UK counterparts
What We’re Looking For
- Strong working knowledge of both Xero and QuickBooks
- Solid experience preparing management accounts and VAT returns
- Comfortable managing multiple company records within a group structure
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
